A reputable public sector organization in Pakistan is seeking two dynamic and committed law officers to join its team on a two-year contract basis. The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s legal functions and contributing to its overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking extensive legal research and analysis
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
- Identifying applicable case law and precedents
- Drafting legal documents, including contracts, memoranda, and case briefs
- Providing legal advice and support to various departments within the organization
Qualifications and Experience
- LLM from a HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign university
- Barrister at law preferred
- At least 1 year of post-qualification experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably with corporate law firms
- Strong analytical, research, and legal drafting skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong command over the English language
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as part of a team
- High level of personal integrity, professional standards, and confidentiality
Age Limit and Compensation
- Maximum age limit: 28 years
- Attractive market-based compensation package commensurate with education and experience
