About the Role:
As the Principal of Divisional Public School & College, Faisalabad, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the school. Your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing educational policies and strategies
- Overseeing academic programs and curriculum
- Managing the school’s budget and resources
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Promoting a positive and inclusive school culture
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree from a HEC-recognized educational institution
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in reputable educational institutions
- Minimum 10 years of experience in educational management as Head of such institutions
- Experience in guidance and training of teachers
- Excellent English communication skills
- Computer skills
- Strong interpersonal, administrative, financial management, human resource management, and educational management skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 300,000/- (Lump-sum inclusive of all allowances)
- Medical Facilities: As admissible under the DPS&C Rules
- Accommodation: At school campus
- Conveyance: Staff car with fuel as per policy
- Residential Utility Bills compensation: As per prescribed policy
Duration: Three years contract
