Available Project Positions (Contract Basis) (See Table Below for Details)

The BIC is currently looking to fill two exciting positions:

  • HR, Admin & Finance Executive: This role involves managing the BIC’s financial records, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, and overseeing administrative functions.
  • Business Development Executive: This position focuses on developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new startups to the BIC. The Business Development Executive will also assist incubates with financial planning, connect them with new business opportunities, and support their overall growth.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Both positions require a minimum of 16 years of education with a degree in Business Management, Economics, Commerce, or Finance.
  • At least one year of experience in a reputable organization is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A passion for entrepreneurship and a commitment to supporting startups are highly desirable.

  • These are project positions with the BIC and are offered on a contract basis for an initial period of one year. The contract may be extended for an additional year, subject to performance and project completion.
