Detailed Job Descriptions:

Database Analyst:

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of PMIU-PESRP’s data management systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in computer science or information technology, with a minimum of four years of experience as a database analyst. Proven expertise in database administration, SQL programming, and application development is essential. Additionally, the successful applicant will be proficient in using MS Office Suite and quantitative/qualitative analysis software.

Field Officer:

This position plays a vital role in program implementation at the ground level. PMIU-PESRP seeks candidates with a minimum of eight years of experience working in public or private sector organizations, preferably within the education or early childhood education domain. Experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder coordination is highly desirable. Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills are also crucial.

Receptionist:

This role serves as the first point of contact for PMIU-PESRP visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a minimum of two years of experience in a professional setting (public or private sector).
