The Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) Pakistan is searching for a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the crucial role of Executive Secretary. About the CCM and the Role

The CCM is a national committee comprised of volunteer members who play a critical role in securing funding from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. They oversee the allocated grants, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with Pakistan’s national health response.

The Executive Secretary serves as the central figure within the CCM, providing strategic direction and leadership. They will manage the CCM Secretariat, a team dedicated to supporting the Committee’s work.

Who We Are Looking For

This role demands a passionate and results-oriented individual with a strong background in public health. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience (refer to table below for details):

Experience– Demonstrated ability to build partnerships in complex political environments and navigate diverse stakeholder interests.
Knowledge– Strong understanding of strategic planning, organizational development, financial management, and program implementation.
Knowledge– Familiarity with Global Fund processes and funding models is a plus.
Skills– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Access), email, internet navigation, and website management.
Skills– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build trust with high-level officials from government, NGOs, UN agencies, and the private sector.
Skills– Strong leadership skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and motivate a team.
Education– Master’s degree in Public Health, Medicine, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, or Public Administration.
