Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate for this challenging role is a dynamic and highly motivated individual with:
- A Master’s Degree in Management Sciences from a reputable university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- A minimum of 22 years of experience in senior management positions (BS-17 or equivalent) within the public or private sector.
- Proven experience in senior management of fish harbour or port operations.
- A strong track record of leading and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the maritime industry, particularly the fisheries sector, is a plus.
Eligibility:
- Pakistani nationality
- Age between 42 and 50 years old (age relaxation may apply for higher degrees)
- Domicile of any province/region in Pakistan
